We have very few number of competitors within the Organic food producer & marketer market. We consider our key competitors to be: FirstAgro. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with FirstAgro by Organic produce methods.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Open subscription model and door delivery. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Network farmer to produce local and make franchise model for shop.
