This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Signage fabrication,Digital Printing ,Vehicle Wrapping & Branding market. We consider our key competitors to be: Ngs,Sign a Rama, Signs of the times and Hirt & Carter. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Ngs,Sign a Rama, Signs of the times and Hirt & Carter by Higher quality ethics and customer relations.Smaller & higher skilled / trained production team, as well as cost of our substrates and vinyls are at max discount due to high volume .
Key Strategies
Over the next 1-6 months our focus will be to Appointment a general manager for Kzn, Launching of MS Jhb New branch & purchase a laser cutter stomping out our last out sourced supplier..This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Introduce a 24hr production line including a fully automated 3D Chanel fabricator . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
