PureDC fitness has a clear business objective to produce Personal training services. These services have been developed over 7 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we My unique approach to fitness and goals achieve progression every step of the way. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Personal training market. We consider our key competitors to be: LA fitness trainers, other independent personal trainers, boxing studios, group exercise classes. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with LA fitness trainers, other independent personal trainers, boxing studios, group exercise classes by Superior certification, unique skill set, using technology not just to asses clients but to also educate. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Continue to progress on my craft and acquire new clients . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Develop successful online nutrition/workout plan business. Have five clients exclusively online. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 20 clients launch successful online workout/ nutrition plans online launch group class sessions
