This is a critical issue for our selected target market of overweight women between the ages of 12 and 50 years old.

Energized Nutrition is uniquely positioned to deliver value to overweight women between the ages of 12 and 50 years old. "Energized Nutrition will Guide clients with nutritional advice to lose weight, increase energy, strengthen focus and maximize health.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, Energized Nutrition provides Primal Certified Nutritional Consulting to drastically improve quality of life by making natural and holistic choices. Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Nutritional Consulting, Research and Promotion market. We consider our key competitors to be: other Nutritional Consultants; their Services, Blogs, Books and memberships. Supplement shops and Health food shops like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe provide and promote specific products that contain Dairy, Wheat, Weight-Loss Pills, sugar and other components that we will be making efforts to speak out against. Fad-Diets advertising a quick and easy approach to weight-loss and health will also be a competitor to our products and services. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with other established Nutritional Consultants, Supplement shops and Fad-Diets by Dynamic and Interactive Consulting. Each client has their own tailored and personalized plan. This offers continual guidance and communication along each client's path. We have a special combination of researched information and also life-tested use. Applicable products and services will guide people in the most diverse life schedules from stay-at home Mom's to those working rigorously in corporate settings. We know that time and money are issues that we can beat.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develop a sequential Meal-Planning program to help clients lose-weight, increase energy and live healthily. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Establish a top-rated, elite Paleo Nutrition blog complete with research articles, shopping tips, workout guidance, paid advertising and an e-book. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: developing a dynamic meal-planning system, actively running a top-10 Paleo Nutrition Blog and contributing to notable columns to Paleo and Nutritional magazines (Paleo, Women's Health, Men's Health, Fitness, Shape, HealthyLiving, Etc) that include our success stories and unique health strategies.
