Balloons & T's etc. has a clear business objective to distribute custome make tshirts and blow up ballons services. These services have been developed over This is my first business attempt and my plan is to progress thru out the years to come with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

Balloons & T's etc. has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as I plan to get feed back for my costumers. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of the tshirts is my key target that attracts my costumer base.

The Value Proposition

Balloons & T's etc. is uniquely positioned to deliver value to the tshirts is my key target that attracts my costumer base. "Balloons & T's etc. will costumers would rather come to my business because its closer than other places they dnt have vehicles and my business will be just as good and better than other business my costumers is mu number one priority." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I plan to get adleast 50 costumers a day each costumers spends $5-$25 per sale. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the custome make tshirts and blow up ballons market. We consider our key competitors to be: my competitors would not be a problem i will have a bigger and better selection and good prices . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to my aimbition is to promote my business be polite and fare to all my costumers to keep them coming .
