CellMedic has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Cell phone repair products and services. These products and services have been developed over 4 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

"CellMedic will provide a service where we come to you either at your home or a place of your choosing.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, CellMedic is a certified iTech through iCracked. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Cell phone repair market. We consider our key competitors to be: Apple, Lexington Cell Phone Repair, and Digital Doctor. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with These other cell phone service providers by using only iCracked approved parts for all cell phone and tablet repairs.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Advertise CellMedic through flyers and to local cell phone stores. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand our knowledge into repairing water damaged phones and soldering of logic board components to both cell phones and tablets. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
