We have a number of competitors within the Management, Consulting, Marketing and Advertising market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other local consulting/marketing/advertising and management firms. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other local consulting/marketing/advertising and management firms due to our experienced and successful sales backgrounds with Fortune 500 Companies, being social media experts and having a strong understanding of the St Louis market.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to penetrate the St Louis Metro Area via cold calling potential clients and gaining referrals . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to retain clients/accounts that we capture and gain share of wallet. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones
