Chameleon Apps has a clear business objective to produce a unique iOS App product. This product has been developed over 2 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Chameleon Apps has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as a need to turn followers into brand ambassadors while bypassing traditional digital sales marketing tactics and using direct communication to increase revenue and sales opportunities.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of professional sports teams.

The Value Proposition

Chameleon Apps is uniquely positioned to deliver value to athletic teams. "Chameleon Apps will allow fans to become social media marketers and increase product sales through direct communication with fans.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, our unique two pronged approach to this app allows fans to enjoy the social media and photo portion of the app while adding sales opportunities to the brand through the built in message center and push notifications.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have not yet found a true competitor.. Our understanding is that this is truly a unique product. We have low overhead, next to no operating expenses, and an app that can be put to market in less than 14 days..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to target high value targets in key markets where our app fits an existing need from a sales and marketing standpoint.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Develop and maintain all the backend cloud services that support the app internally to reduce cost and increase profit.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones.
