When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Customers with pets, we make sure the customers understand that pet hair is always a big issue but, we will get it under control. It takes about 3 cleanings to get under control, we cannot promise it will be done on first cleaning. If it's a one time spring cleaning, then customers with pets will have extra cost because, it will take longer to clean.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Housekeeping House/Pet sitting.

J'birds Professional House Cleaning is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Housekeeping/Office House/Pet sitting. "J'birds Professional House Cleaning is excellent with the elderly and very pet friendly. My services are 100% guaranteed or will come back and complete for free! All basic cleaning will be completed, we will not take short cuts or skip anything that looks clean!." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will provide customer with a basic cleaning check off list and your next scheduled cleaning will be scheduled! The customers that are not home can leave us notes to communicate, and we will do the same. We will supply all cleaning products & equipment or Customers can, customers can choose which ever product or products he/she prefers if we can't supply, then customer will be required to supply!. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the House/Office Cleaning market. We consider our key competitors to be: I started my business with an elderly couple 87 years old. Both have health issues, and can't do normal daily routines anymore. I enjoy working for the elderly and they keep a very clean house all the time! It takes me longer to clean because I spend a few extra hours talking to them and going along with their daily scheduled day. I have grown very close to my elderly or widowed customers and we want more customers like them. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition.
