In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we have a self contained maintenance shop that comes to where your aircraft is, no need to fly to a shop. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Aircraft repair and inspection market. We consider our key competitors to be: FBO's, repair shops and freelance A&P mechanics. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with FBO's, repair shops and freelance A&P mechanics by bringing a mobile maintenance shop to where the aircraft is and providing high quality work for a competitive price.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Acquire a mobile servicing trailer with equipment.
< br />Advertise to local aviation communities.
Through a combination of advertising and word of mouth I expect to grow a customer base for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next year will be to incorporate my business and gain 15 customers.
