"Axli Malsack L.M.T will provide a customized massage in a relaxing setting which promotes relief from stress and pain " In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I have dedicated myself to deliver high quality massage as evidenced by the fact that I have achieved the highest level of credentials for massage therapy in the United States by focusing on my education and client care.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

I have a number of competitors within the Massage Therapy market. I consider my key competitors to be: Local spas and massage establishments . My understanding of these competitors has been used to refine my strategy and value proposition. I believe that I can compete effectively with local spas and massage establishments by providing outcall services which are very convenient both for transportation and client schedules while my level of education and training allow me greater ability to customize massage to client needs.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, my focus will be to Advertise online through social media and website, as well as through networking and providing perks to clients who make successful referrals.This task will be undertaken in the context of my broader strategy to expand services offered. These strategies are a tactical implementation of my overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of my strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 10 repeat clients, Obtain rented space in a convenient location, Perform 20 massages or more per month.
