In order to be able to deliver on this value proposition, we will use our unique initiative and our want to strive in the current market to provide our services at the best standard and quality possible. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Affordable Properties market. We consider our key competitors to be: Bromford Living, Acorn Properties and other Major Esate Agents. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Bromford Living, Acorn Properties and other Major Esate Agents as we have Management from Experienced property investors and the motivation to give new/existing buyers the chance to prove themselves with the opportunity of renting one of our properties.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Invest in new properties that will catch the eyes of the current market, enabling us to create an opportunity for affordable living whilst creating a sustainable profit.
This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Start exploring new areas of property, rather than just housing, such as retail space and storage spaces. This will expand the business and increase our profit and audience. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
