Relax has a clear business objective to promote Outdoor Meditation studio services. These services have been developed over the last several months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as needing an outdoor, relaxing and furnished place to practice mindfulness or worship. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of busy millennials.

The Value Proposition

Relax is uniquely positioned to deliver value to busy millennials. "Relax will give you a private retreat to meditate or worship in one of our five shrines or nature grottoes, away from modern life.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we have explored and researched articles on spending time in nature and mindful meditation, and it has been scientifically proven to have many health benefits. Relax is also a uniquely diverse place where one has the chose to visit the shrine or garden of their choice.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the outdoor meditation studio market. We consider our key competitors to be: yoga studios and outdoor recreations. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete with yoga studios and outdoor recreation by being open to anyone regardless of physical fitness, capability or age.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Launch. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to provide guided meditation and spiritual, non-religious wedding ceremonies. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Complete the development of 5 shrines, add three more shrines and implement Airbnb rental option to finished house on property.
