Gastro-Flex has a clear business objective to distribute Endotherapy Devices. These products have been developed with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our market penetration strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Reference Gastro Clinics.

The Value Proposition

Gastro-Flex is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Reference Gastro Clinics. "Gastro-Flex will bring high quality devices to colombian market at a reasonable price." In order to deliver this value proposition, our highly trained and experienced team knows exactly what the doctors need in each case to accomplish their task.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the endotherapy devices market. We consider our key competitors to be: Boston, Cook, Olympus, Endo-Flex. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Boston, Cook, Olympus, Endo-Flex by performing devices, reasonable price and commercial knowledge skills of our sales team.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Establish a structure with reliable people. An Operations Manager, a Logistics clerk, a Sales Manager and a Sales Person. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to build a team for the whole territory of Colombia. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: To be present in at least 80% of clinics in bogota, To be considered as one of the TOP 4 endoscopy brands in Colombia To gain a market share of 20% in Bogota.
