Your Moment Coaching has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Coaching services services. These services are in the planning stage over the past 12 months with a launch date of August 2016.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process that leads to profitability.

Your Moment Coaching has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Personal development and growth. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Young ambitious females.

Your Moment Coaching is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Young ambitious females. "Your Moment Coaching will Provide a space and services to grow, achieve what you hold for your life and make your wildest dreams come true by unlocking the potential from within." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we My ability to connect with others, see inside hidden potential to bring to the surface and my personal experiences of craving those to champion for me and knowing how great it feels to champion for others. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Coaching services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Mario Forleo, Tony Robbins, web based coaches, business coaches . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mario Forleo, Tony Robbins, web based coaches, business coaches by My unique and fresh perspective on life and all of life's situations. My humor and personality is the key factor in connecting with followers .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Use social media to target new viewers and followers to my site and have an offer for each person who comes to my site . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Have competitively priced coaching packages and services. Introduce new services such as live chat, Skype, webinars and a product line of T-shirts with inspirational quotes and sayings . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch website and social Launch weekly videos Launch consulting packages
