"AnythingAndEverythingBargains will provide excellent customer service with a no questions asked return policy.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will show that we can be trusted by providing a policy that states, "If they aren't happy with an item we will offer to exchange the item for equal or greater value (Depending on availability) or the option to refund what they paid including shipping.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the collectibles, health, electronics, and accessories market. We consider our key competitors to be: Amazon, eBay, and many online stores.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with amazon, eBay, and many online stores by doing business with companies that offer wholesale prices so I can provide competitive prices to our customers.We will do business with companies that provide dropshipping services so we don't have to invest in products..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to make an impressive online store that will be accessible and customer friendly for everyone..This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to to make a steady income so we can grow. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 1.Complete a online store and launch it online.
2. To generate additional income, we will join affiliate programs from our favorite websites and then advertise those companies on my website.
3.To publish several blogs that have useful and helpful information in them. Then we will put our affiliate website advertisements in the blogs to generate more income to help expand our business.
