Essentially Tricia has a clear business objective to promote Essential Oils, and essential-oil-infused Nutritional Supplements, Personal Care and Household products. We have introduced these products to new members over the last four years with a core focus on addressing the key customer issues and associated opportunities.

Essentially Tricia has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our members. Through a structured discovery process, we have validated the key member issues as Health and Wealth. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of the 18-65 population.

Essentially Tricia is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Anyone. "Essentially Tricia can show you the way to better health and comfort at low cost with continuing residual income." In order to deliver on this value proposition, I take a personal hands-on interest in helping my team achieve their individual specific goals. This capability forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Essential Oils, Nutrition, Personal, Household market. However, our Seed to Seal guarantee has created the Gold Standard for essential oils since we revived them in the US in 1983.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to provide classes on various subjects. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Educate the public about the value of Young Living membership. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next two years are obtaining the ranks of Silver, Gold and Platinum in Young Living.
