We have a number of competitors within the used furniture market. We consider our key competitors to be: Habitat for Humanity Restore, Dealers, Goodwill, and Thrift Stores. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Habitat for Humanity Restore, Dealers, Goodwill, Thrift Stores, by scheduling quick pick-ups and allowing our customers to interact with the store in real-time.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to hire 3 employees, two of which will operate pick-ups and deliveries.
