In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our marketing program will mix higher end products with less expensive products and have different promotions: bogo, free-shipping, free with specific purchase. We will also utilize surveys and other informations garyhering to learn about what products mothers are having a hard time finding.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Baby products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Target, Walmart, etsy, and many more. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Target, Walmart, etsy, and many more by We will feel boutique, without boutique prices and be able to handle the mass quantities like the larger box stores.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Start an e-commerce site and promote through Facebook ads, googles ads, etc. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into other e-commerce avenues.
