Career Essence has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Career development services. These services have been developed over 18 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

Career Essence has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Consulting. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Veterans.

Career Essence is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Veterans. "Career Essence will I'm a certified career coach that thrives on supporting veterans in career development. Let me tell you more about the wonderful work I love to do. Creating a foundation where war veterans can grow and learn is inspirational. My chief aim is to provide career services and the tools necessary for their success. My name is Rich Harper and if you are in need of job readiness support for your clients let's meet." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our staff have served in the military so we understand what veterans need. We've witnessed the hardships and this motivates me to fully support our heroes. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Career development market. We consider our key competitors to be: United Veterans Association, Planting Special Seeds, Rubicon Programs and Sparks Inc.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with United Veterans Association, Planting Special Seeds, Rubicon Programs and Sparks Inc. by We assess the real needs of our participants. It's the immediate needs we are concerned with. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Hire a chief consultant to build a brand, seminars and create a need. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Sit on several board of directors. Discovering what the trends are and build on the need.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
