These young enthusiasts have created mega following and run their mini empires all from the touch of their phones. Being licensed, connected, and experienced in the industry gives us a built in audience to cater to.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the beauty products and services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Sephora, Namies, Frends. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Sephora, Namies, and Frends because we are different from these companies in that we also will be combining mobil hair and makeup services and tutorials to follow through with the customer experience.

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to produce a makeup brush line specific to our theme of mermaids and focus on our tutorials and content.
