COD Realtors Ltd has a clear business objective to develop and promote Mass Housing Projects in Nigeria. These products and services have been developed over 3 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

COD Realtors Ltd is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Civil servants and the informal sector in Nigeria. "COD Realtors Ltd will build Cheap and affordable homes with a flexible payment options." In order to deliver on this value proposition, We have a very strong network in the civil service and the informal sector. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Mass Housing Projects in Nigeria market. We consider our key competitors to be: Mortgage banks . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mortgage banks because we aren't bugged down with bureaucracy and bottle necks in accessing loans from the mortgage banks .
