Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the need to secure various methods of funding to enable their projects to become a reality. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of project owners and developers.
The Value Proposition
Ener-ficiency International Ltd is uniquely positioned to deliver value to project owners and developers. "Ener-ficiency International Ltd match projects to funders and vice versa." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we network extensively internationally and are steadily growing our base of high quality project introducers on several continents. We find that working with local people in the country of project origination is the key rather than a U.K. company trying to create business opportunities from afar. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the large- scale project funding market. We consider our key competitors to be: International commercial banks. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with International commercial banks by by building excellent relationships with "local" business introducers who are capable of building strong relationships directly with end clients in their own country using local networking skills and referrals which the large banks simply cannot offer which creates the direct personal relationship that the large banks just cannot achieve.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to finalise on as many of the 10 projects in our current pipeline which currently are at various stages of the underwriting process. This project pipeline has a total value of over $3billion USD; our aim is to convert 20% of those projects into completed deals that pay fees.This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to continue to network extensively in this international project space. We are picking up new high level contacts all the time and we are securing more "direct" funding and investor contacts each and every month that will enable us to grow our current business two-fold within the next 18 months. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Complete our first project Acquire 4 new bankable projects per month Bank our first $1 million in success fees
