NeverLand College has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Kids life skills development products and services. These products and services have been developed over 2 years with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to launch a new product. Whilst our existing products have been useful for testing the customer problem, new products are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new products, the development of these new products and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

NeverLand College has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Lack of knowledge on social and emotional development in education. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Anyone interacting with children.

The Value Proposition
 

NeverLand College is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Anyone interacting with children. "NeverLand College will A fresh approach to whole child development for anyone interacting with children, a play group for 2 to 4 year old kids, online shop with products, information and guides, training to parents and educators and a community project for adults to "adopt" a child and help them run a successful business creating a sense of belonging, to get back into life and reach positive goals." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we 2 years of evidence based research and communicating with international social and emotional development program facilitators to explore every aspect of education development and to create the best and most efficient approach for children to create their established anchor points...FOR LIFE. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Kids life skills development market. We consider our key competitors to be: Pre-schools with a social emotional development curriculum
< br />Facilitators offering a social emotional development program as extra mural or private classes. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Pre-schools with a social emotional development curriculum

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Create awareness of the importance of social emotional development in children from all backgrounds by launching a community development project where adults recovering from substance abuse and any other adults "adopts" a child from an orphanage, a child that has been through trauma due to abuse, neglect etc and helps the child from any age run a "business" to create a sense of responsibility and belonging and have a reason to get back into life and reach their goals.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Yo expand the NeverLand College For Play's approach across the entire country, creating a better future for all citizens . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Whole community involvement and enrichment Creating a national awareness of the importance of social and emotional development Implementing social and emotional development into standard school curriculums
