We're currently living in the future, and I'm about to change the game. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Urban, youth.

Closet Full Of Flavor is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Urban, youth. "Closet Full Of Flavor will take them to the future, ok not literally but at least they will dress as if they're in the future" In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will depend on our unique vision to say ahead of time. Our customers will appreciate that. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Product: Clothing, Accesories, market. We consider our key competitors to be: Urban Outfitters, American Apparel, Hm, Zara . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Urban Outfitters, American Apparel, Hm, and Zara because we usually know what's coming into style years before them.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to use social media to pay sites that have over millions of followers to promote our products. We will also walk from store to store and leave business cards and flyers. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand by networking and getting my product on celebrities, in movies, and on reality tv through Product placement. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
Get my product into stores like Nordstrom's.
Get my product on celebrities and movies.
Take my product international.
