Every little detail has a clear business objective to develop Beautiful home staging services & services to sell your home showing its full potential. These services have been developed over 1 month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

Every little detail has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as : showing full potential of a home, decluttering & cleaning, Paint & colour selection, & Home staging.
All the services I offer will allow the house to appeal to a lot of people. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Home sellers.

This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

As mentioned, honest and trustworthy service is what I offer. I work with all budgets to obtain the same end goal. The importance is to allow the home to show its full potential to attract all sorts of buyers.

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, my focus will be to promote and market myself and my business. I will create business cards, marketing tools and a website. I will also approach realtors & contractors to grow my network. I would like to do my first project at cost and have professional pictures done.
This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to I will continue to grow my portfolio by offering my variety of services to prepare homes for the optimal sales. Do at least 2 projects per month
