Overview

GREN has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Solar products and services. These products and services have been developed over 2 1/2 with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

GREN has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problems as having a High Electricity Bill. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Saving Money.

The Value Proposition
 

GREN is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Saving Money. "GREN is here to decrease your electric bill to do that you have to have a high electricity bill to qualify." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we The trust we make with are customers and the product we offer is better than others. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Solar market. We consider our key competitors to be: that we all connect people with renewable energy,But we as a Company allow customers to enter in PG&ES Net Metering Program and collect their credits for their unused energy . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with all of us connect people with renewable energy
But we allow customers to enter in PG&ES Net Metering Program and collect there credits for their unused energy by The credits allow the customer to wipe away their gas bill and potentially receive a cash reward at the end of the year from PG&E.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Teach customers and trainees what I've learned so they are aware and can make the right energy choice . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Training and leading a group of individuals to do what I do. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 1 years are: Obtain 3-5 people under me Obtain 30/60 LOI,s in a month Obtain at least 20 of those LOI,s to turn in to closed deals
