Overview

R&R Vending has a clear business objective to distribute Snacks, candy, and beverages products with vending machines. These products have been developed over 1 day with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

The Customer

R&R Vending has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as I would like for my vending machines to be placed in areas that don't have a "convenient" continent store so that my machines would substitute for a convenient store to nearby customers.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of People who are busy on the move.

The Value Proposition
 

R&R Vending is uniquely positioned to deliver value to people desiring a quick convenient snack. "R&R Vending will Provide a machine with so many varieties every customer would feel like they're at 7-Eleven express." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, I would offer location employees and/or regular customers to choose from a list of various snacks, candy, and beverages they like the best on a regular basis.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to developers and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Snacks, candy, and beverages market. We consider our key competitors to be: nearby grocery stores, convenient stores, or a simple vending machine near mine owned by someone else. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with potential nearby grocery stores, convenient stores, or vending machines near mine owned by someone else. My machines will regularly be replenished and updated with the highest customer chosen snacks.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to in 6 months to have enough steady profitability to where having another source of income is completely optional. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to in 12 months from now to have so many machines that the need to hire employees for various tasks to keep the business up and running would be present. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Expand to owning more machines. Get exclusive rights to a very high traffic locations. Develop a reputation for keeping all of the snacks that the customers prefer.
