In order to deliver on this value proposition, we offer dedication, a focus on the local level of politics and ease of use. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the political information market. We consider our key competitors to be: Newspapers, TV news, political podcasts and blogs. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with newspapers, TV news, political podcasts and blogs by offering an efficient way to provide information and offer it in a quick and easy format none of them are offering.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to send out massive amounts of press releases and
using social media for online marketing. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to gather political questions and have those questions sent to political candidates, and reach thousands of customers along the way. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 1.) Get our name out to as many as possible. 2.) Complete political survey. 3.) Develop recurring content such as blog/podcast.
