We have a number of competitors within the Air source heat pumps market. We consider our key competitors to be: One man bands and large nationals companies. However Worlds Energy will offer a one stop shop service supporting customers through the RHI applications providing hassle free service. Our services will backed up with the pro partnership and distributors of Panasonic. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with our organised team with the support from the likes of Panasonic by offering Competitive prices with excellent customer service guaranteeing a 48 hour response time.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to get new customers by implementing Digital Marketing platforms, This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy with the help of our appointed business growth advisor.
