And you can hold the product in your hands before buying it." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we We are local we do custume orders on our in house produtcs. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Fetish supplies market. We consider our key competitors to be: Cristy's toy box ,Hustler shop . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Cristy's toy box ,Hustler shop by They don't sell the good stuff that people in the fetish life are looking for. I will be selling abetter built product . For a better price .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to I am going to trade show .and at the store put on demos twice a month for different products that we sells . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to From that I will be building up a client list . From that I will be sending out emails on what sales and demos we are having . And what trade shows we are going to be at . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Open store front Get out to the trade shows Ans build my customer base up
