In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Will use our industry knowledge and experience enable us to deliver at the highest level. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Event Management and Catering market. We consider our key competitors to be: NG Catering, A&J Catering. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with NG Catering, A&J Catering by offering a complete service and where ever possible using the finest local ingredients combined with our expert knowledge and experience .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Increase advertising and customer base including targeting the corporate sector. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to recruit a full time sales and marketing team. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
