This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to offer free visual equipment checks which includes checking for leaks, check the filter pressure, check the water chemistry, and make sure the heater is working properly. We will also provide a free owner instruct which educates them on their equipment and how to operate it. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
