Madhouz is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Marketing and sales. "Madhouz will Help our customers present the proper branding of their company using logo products and apparel." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we In house decoration and direct imports. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Logo products market. We consider our key competitors to be: Geiger, Artcraft and 4-Imprint. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Geiger, Artcraft and 4-Imprint by In house decoration.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Do direct mail make cold calls, hire new sales people and developer a sales management system. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Develop our fire department business and website develop retail products for web and trade shows capture corporate business as well..
