"Msochapp.com will provide a service that delivers meals to customers on time from a variety of restaurants(or Mamantilies as they are popularly known in Tanzania) or even customers homes." In order to be delivered on this value proposition, our unique ecosystem build between the food providers, provides a competitive environment which results to quality food at a low price all to reach our customers satisfaction also our transport system that involves local transport providers(The Bajaji and Boda boda) provides a competitive environment to insure that food is delivered at a time to customers. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the food from local restaurants market. We consider our key competitors to be: Jumiafood, MacDonalds, KFC, . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Jumiafood, MacDonalds and KFC by our food being delivered from variety of sources provide a better way to satisfy our customers.
