We have a number of competitors within the Music company selling music & odo products such as t-shirts, hats, sweaters, hoodies, etc... Also providing live performing services from all ODO artist market. We consider our key competitors to be: CMG OVO Cash Money Rap-A-Lot . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with CMG OVO Cash Money Rap-A-Lot by We provide better product for cheap price.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Get out & actually touch the people. Hand to hand sales and face to face contacts shows the customer that i believe in my product and im not just out to make money. I want my company to grow and my customers to feel like a family when shopping with us. Make them feel as if they helping for a good cause, as they are. Within the next 6 months we plan on selling cd's of our music all over the US for a great price, providing the customers with a great quality of music. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Opening up a record label signing local artist giving them a chance to get heard and do it the right way and make some money off of there music. Showing them a better way to make money and own their own business one day. Also we plan to open a clothing store selling our music and clothing apparel plus shoes from NIKE, JORDAN, ADIDAS, & etc... Also a restaurant as well & just keep expanding like boys & girls club for the youth, shelters for the homeless & just keep going until we own our own business in whatever we want it to be . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Release new music Travel & distribute all over Consistency & determination
