Wicked Clean Cah has a clear business objective to provide complete auto detailing services. These services have been growing rapidly over the past 7 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

Wicked Clean Cah has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as taking the inconvenience of bringing their car to get detailed somewhere by instead bringing the auto detailing to them. Furthermore if auto detailing at their residence or place of employment isn't doable we also offer pickup and drop off services. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of individuals with little time, young children, one vehicle or the inability to not be without a vehicle for a long period of time.

The Value Proposition
 

Wicked Clean Cah is uniquely positioned to deliver value to individuals with little time. "Wicked Clean Cah will bring the auto detailing to your home, job, or wherever you are so that the hassle of bringing your vehicle somewhere to be detailed is eliminated..." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will continue to stay current and utilize our up to date social media tactics to land our low cost and convenient services directly in front of the client. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the auto detailing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Deweys, Toyota of Nashua, Glacier Auto Spa, Nashua Car Wash and Camps Car Wash. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Deweys, Toyota of Nashua, Glacier Auto Spa, Nashua Car Wash and Camps Car Wash simply because the luxury of having mobile detailing brought to our clients is our strongest selling point. Furthermore we offer personal on demand services and having a small overhead allows us to focus on the quality instead of the quantity, all for about half of what the competitors charge.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to continue offering mobile detailing services in a larger growing radius. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to open a second location outside of our current radius so less time and resources are spent on traveling and more on reaching more clients. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above and have far proved that this is a desirable service in any location.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Consistently Detail 50 Cars per Month, Acquire 2 Mobile Detailing Vehicles and Successfully Launch Our Auto Detailing Subscription.
