We have a number of competitors within the Cafe social hub market. We consider our key competitors to be: Costa, Tesco, weatherspoons . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Costa, Tesco, weatherspoons by Fresh food, great atmosphere. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Open days, work on social media to promote. Work with local community to become hub/meeting place. Promote to locals OAP and student discount. Promote local jobs/events. Post flyers and adverts locally. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Start becoming the place on everyone's lips and extend into serving full breakfast menu.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Open shop Serve 200 customers Hire full time chef
