In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our unique advantage will be that we are the first African Clinic in the area with languages pertinent to the focus population. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Health market. We consider our key competitors to be: Al Tayseer Polyclinic. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Al Tayseer Polyclinic by Availability of a young active medical professional working more than 8 hours per day to deliver the medical care and also amharic language proficiency .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Appoint a Nurse / Receptionist. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand into a new location. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
