Heather's Northern LuLaRoe Closet 1 Page Business Plan
Overview
Heather's Northern LuLaRoe Closet has a clear business objective to distribute clothing to women aged 18-80,with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.
The Customer
Heather's Northern LuLaRoe Closet has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as LuLaRoe clothing are designed to make every body type feel beautiful! Every woman should be able to get dressed each day and look in the mirror with a smile on her face and in her heart because she truly feels beautiful!. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Woman ages 18-80.
The Value Proposition
Heather's Northern LuLaRoe Closet is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Woman ages 18-80. "Heather's Northern LuLaRoe Closet will Provide quality clothing that make you look and feel beautiful every day." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Our unique products provide comfort as well as style to your wardrobe at a fair price. All LuLaRoe representatives are asked to sign an agreement to sell each individual product line for the same SRP, so as not to undersell the next rep. The LuLaRoe system BLESS keeps track of all inventory ordered and sold for each rep and those numbers are calculated daily and available to each individual rep.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Clothing market. We consider our key competitors to be: Busking, Agnes, and Fabletics. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Busking, Agnes, and Fabletics by offering our customers the unique type brushed fabric that is used to make our Buttery soft leggings, and the fact that only 500 products from each print are made. This makes the variety of prints constantly changing and unique, which makes women feel more comfortable sometimes, in that what they are wearing feels more personally designed for them, instead of the " cookie cutter " type designs that are so often found in stores.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to In the next six months I plan to have one live sale each week online, and update my inventory daily in my V.I.P group to keep my customers interested and informed.. This will keep my inventory fresh and give a wider variety and selection to my customers on a regular basis.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 1000 customers Add new pieces to inventory each month Increase profit margin up to 60%
