As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

Zuzu Edible has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as Substituting honey with health damaging sweetener out there. Making healthy people.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of General sweetener intake public.

The Value Proposition
 

Zuzu Edible is uniquely positioned to deliver value to General sweetener intake public. "Zuzu Honey will be Making sweetener intake not harmful to health and same time helps body system." In order to deliver on this value proposition, most of the honey consume in Africa are imported, intake honey for retail sales in Africa therefore is inorganic and some ward harmful, we will produce organic honey, and package it to the retail level.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Organic Pure Honey market. We consider our key competitors to be: Inorganic producers of honey, organic honey producers, sugar producers and general sweeteners producers. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Inorganic producers of honey, organic honey producers, sugar producers and general sweeteners producers by scaling our product and make it very affordable to the tune of 50 naira, targeting the 80 percent poor masses in Africa. That's over a billion market share.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Introduce a scalable honey product, making it very affordable and available. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Build a honey refinery with the hope of making it the biggest in Africa . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Rent and establish our honey refinery with production of a ton a day Build our personal refinery with a production of 2 tons a day Start our own bee-farming and achieving over 4tons production a day.
