IRT Re-structure has a clear business objective to develop Breaking down our current service market services. These services have been developed over 18 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.
The Business Objectives
As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.
The Customer
IRT Re-structure has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as We need a specialty, however we do all types of roofing so we are currently just anothe roofing company. I want to break down into seperate divisions. From there we can spend money on software, safety courses, training for staff etc in order to make us stand out from the crowd. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Commercial builders, property owners, maintenance managers, insurance companies.
The Value Proposition
IRT Re-structure is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Commercial builders, property owners, maintenance managers, insurance companies. "IRT Re-structure will We will now be providing specialty services pertaining to the specific indistry of roofing. From safety, quality, communication and supervisions." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we From our past 2 years of experiences I believe that we can now break into these new divisions and deliver a superior service to our existing and new clients that is streamlined, well planned and repititious (which leads to positive work flow). This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Breaking down our current service market market. We consider our key competitors to be: Many companies do roofing, however having specialty divisions where our staff will be trained specifically in those areas will truely be a one stop shop for roofing who have the ability to complete every roofing task not just from putting in a roof, but to install a roof and keep it maintained for 25 years . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Many companies do roofing, however having specialty divisions where our staff will be trained specifically in those areas will truely be a one stop shop for roofing who have the ability to complete every roofing task not just from putting in a roof, but to install a roof and keep it maintained for 25 years by Amazing, experienced, loyal and trustworthy staff. We currently have an amazing IRT family who works under me (Damien) that I trust and who are extremely loyal. They are also very experienced. By engaging these key staff to promote them to managers to work with me to expand their specialty markets I know will be successful. All employees will be thrilled with the opportunity and thrive on the opportunity. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Re structure our current roofing teams, crews and leaders in order to grow further. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to In 12 months I want 4 divisions of IRT roofing running separate of one another creating and expanding their own specialty markets. I want each division having their own supervisors, estimator, KPIs, roofing crews and a manager driving and expanding the division. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Train key staff in IRT Management and get them signed off by us Seperate each division and launch it's through the company and website Set KPIs and goals for each division
