We have a number of competitors within the Business Brokerage services market. We consider our key competitors to be: Renwick and Aldes. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Renwick and Aldes by offering an impeccable reputation of integrity and professionalism beyond reproach .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to appointment at least 2 new qualified and effective brokers every 3 months . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to reach 6 businesses sold objective within the first 12 months. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. Maintaining a new listing rate of at least 6 businesses per broker per month and appointing at least 2 new brokers every 3 months
