In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we I am an excellent host and love to see that a guest has a good time. I have been a salesman for 11+ years. And there is nothing more that satisfies me than seeing a happy family.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Food and Beverages market. We consider our key competitors to be: Pizza Hut, Pind Baluchi, Haldirams, Bikanerwala, Om Sweets, Sarvanna Bhavan etc..... Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Pizza Hut, Pind Baluchi, Haldirams, Bikanerwala, Om Sweets, Sarvanna Bhavan etc.... by Our Children and Senior Citizen friendly location accessibility and interior design. Quality Food and Beverages and excellent hospitality is what makes us stand out. .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to Prepare a Budget, Select a Location, Develop the location, Appoint staff and start running the business. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Break-Even, get more clientele, expand and open more restaurants. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Lease Space, Furnish and setup the Restaurant Hire Staff and Start the Business Break Even, and Expand.
