As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Children families.

In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we There are no other mobile venues that offer all I do..and enable employment for entrepreneurs to teach and experience creativity and to engage creative ideas. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Confectionary amusement food market. We consider our key competitors to be: I sell hotdogs, nachos with cheese, pizza buns,ice cream,slush ,cold drinks,àssorted candy,cotton candy,candy apples,mini donuts,helium balloons,coin rides and games...fresh fruit and veggies....a little bit of everythin. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with I sell hotdogs, nachos with cheese, pizza buns,ice cream,slush ,cold drinks,àssorted candy,cotton candy,candy apples,mini donuts,helium balloons,coin rides and games...fresh fruit and veggies....a little bit of everythin by One stop shop, bright classic van,I started last season and found what customers asked for and enjoyed. Gave me the perspective to critique and to be specific what my customers desire..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to HAve my van ugraded, water toy ducks,pay pick your ducks to win prize, music and speaker, helium balloons signs. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Hv two more mobile vans working and to hv con operated kiddie rides. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: My vision is to hv a small carnival with amusement rides To hv three mobile carnivals working To teach others to open the doors for others to become successful business entrepreneurs
