Ucan is uniquely positioned to deliver value to graduates and undergraduates. "Ucan will create an enabling environment that will encourage independence and career building." In order to deliver on this value proposition, Ucan has no painted propositions. With Ucan, what you see is what you get.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a number of competitors within the Information and Security market. We consider our key competitors to be: eCERT ICT Ltd., Global Networks, Sunrise etc.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with eCERT ICT Ltd., Global Networks, Sunrise etc. by applying same strategies but, in different ways to achieve required result..
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to build Entrepreneurs. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to reducing crime rate and dependency. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: To build better entrepreneurs, be a subject of positive reference in the information, security and career building sectors, and to create new ideas and always be a step ahead of others.
