We have a number of competitors within the Physical Security Services market. We therefore consider our key competitors to be: service providers who posture but fail to deliver an efficient solution for clients. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with solutions that reflect knowledge, skills and techniques that provide safety from more than thirty years of hands on practice at all levels and situations in this market .
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to appoint a Sales Manager . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into new aspects of the private security market. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: obtaining 25 Guard Force Customers, obtaining 25 monthly Security or Investigative Surveys and Train 25 Security Officers to work in the Security Industry monthly.
