VIP Transportation has a clear business objective to promote First Class Transportation services. These services have been developed over Less than a month with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of our growth strategy, we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is considered to be the critical activity and we are seeking to grow the number of customers. We understand that customer growth could be at the expense of profitability, and that there is a cost associated with customer acquisition. Our long term objective is to build a clear customer acquisition process.

The Customer

VIP Transportation has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem and VIP Transportation solves a few of these issues. First thing is comfort. VIP Transportation will use Sprinter Vans that will have all the luxuries off first class travel. Another problem VIP Transportation will solve is time management. Our vehicles will be equipped with everything a business executive needs to have a mobile office with internet, fax machines along with workstations so they can be productive even in traffic.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Executives and their families.

The Value Proposition
 

VIP Transportation is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Executives and their families. "VIP Transportation provides the luxuries of being in first class without being in an airplane." In order to deliver on this value proposition, Our vehicles offer every perk an executive would need to make the most of their time. Unlike most limo companies/taxis/rideshare our sole purpose is to provide superior service. My many years in the transportation business and chauffeuring executives has taught me what executives want. First Class Transportation's vehicles have onboard restrooms. Our drivers will have vehicles stocked with whatever our clients require to be comfortable during their ride. For long trips we also provide an assistant to assist clients with anything they need.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the VIP Transportation market. We consider our key competitors to be: AC Limo , The Point Shuttle and Diamond Transportation. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with AC Limo , The Point Shuttle and Diamond Transportation . What will set VIP Transportation apart from our competitors are our vehicle choice. Our Sprinter Vans will have every perk an executive would want Including workstations and conference tables. Satellite capability for video communication. We also provide a concierge to assist clients while we travel.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to I will start marketing to my wifes clients.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to network with local restaurants and night clubs to for a partnership. This way I can offer VIP treatment to my customers. Rather its a night on the town or the best seating at a local restaurant. I want to offer people VIP treatment and show them the best Beaufort County has to offer. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch the company Build a steady client base Acquire a second vehicle
