Our key long term business objective is to make Cleveland Heights a greener city with tree lined streets and promote community. Whilst main streets are the focus, side streets, parks, and individual lots are required to fully capitalise on our business potential. Our growth path is clearly oriented around the addition of new trees, the development of landscaping, community involvement and support, and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with paying (high school senior) workers to plant trees, the price of trees, supplies, and marketing will be allowed for in our budget.
The Customer
Go Fund Tree has been created with a clear focus on adding nature and beauty to the streets of Cleveland heights. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key problem is that old tree lined streets are dying or cut down and not being replaced. For people who cannot afford these services, our mission is to beautify the community and bring back the homey tree lined feel of Cleveland Heights for our future. This is a critical issue for our youth, health (tree lined streets prove to improrove mental health), improve air quality, and add a photo worthy aesthetic to our neighborhood. I expect our large donors to consist of families with children, young professionals, loyal Cleveland Heights families, old Cleveland Heights lovers, wealthy nature lovers, doctors, the city of Cleveland heights, and thriving local businesses.

Go Fund Tree is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Cleveland heights residents, the quality of life, happiness, and beauty surrounding us. "Go Fund Tree will Provide a service and asset to the city, environmental action, greener, healthier, more comfortable city. An investment and role model for the future and the world." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we are working directly with the community to figure out why more trees are not being planted, and breaking these barriers to enhance our community. Our team will provide a full tree planting service. Even if you have trees in your yard you can help, please donate to this important project. This has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

We have a number of competitors within the Community tree planting market. We consider our key competitors to be: Other tree services and nurseries. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Other tree services and nurseries with Community involvement, specific target locations and goals, lower prices, simplicity, convenience, and emotional appeal.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to create social media platforms, Go fund me, write personal letters to donors, work with the Nature Center, create a persuasive video, infograph, community surveys, and QR codes. Spread the word and spread the facts about trees and human health. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Plant trees along the roads of Cleveland heights. Our first step is on Cedar Road from South Taylor to Coventry Road. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Create a base and spread the word. Gain support and fundraise enough for initial costs. Create surveys for why people do not have trees in their yards and obtain permission to plant. Hire tree planters, find good trees for soil and environment, and figure out the logistics.
