Roam has a clear business objective to produce desert bohemian designs products and services. These products and services have been developed over a 3 month time period with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Women from 15 to 50.

Roam, if you desire to change your wardrobe, we have colours to match what you already have or to enhance your wardrobe or your furnishings..Or we can start from scratch." In order to deliver on this value proposition we Roam is unique, as we build our customers confidence by communicating their needs and getting them to trust and like me and relate Roam with myself as the store owner.This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the desert bohemian designs market. We consider our key competitors to be: The internet..but what is on the Internet is often cheap reproductions. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The internet..due to what is on the internet, is often cheap reproductions in this area, so by exceptional quality and uniqueness, we will be valued as authentic and original .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to keep new and fresh stock always coming in and involve customers to for eg. watch me painting creations, give them advice with dressing and dressing their homes. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to travel to Hanoi, the French Quarter of Vietnam..to keep on top of trends and tweak old ideas. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Use all contacts and social media. Friends networking and posting flyers, drinks and nibbles for opening of the new store
